Booking Conditions:

• Your holiday may be reserved by telephone, letter or e-mail. Your chosen date will then be held for 1 week from the date of your reservation pending receipt of your deposit, which will be 20% of your total reservation cost.

• Cheques to be made out to P Cust, and sent to Sturston Hall, Ashbourne, Derbyshire, DE6 1LN.

• Your final balance will be due in full, 8 weeks before your arrival date.

• All payments will be acknowledged by letter. A receipt and further details will be sent.

• Guests can phone 1 week before their arrival date in order to make final arrangements for their time of arrival and to make arrangements for the key.

• Normal arrival time is 3pm and leaving time is 10 am.

• Any cancellations within 8 weeks of the date of the holiday will be non-refundable. A cancellation more than 8 weeks will be refundable, less a £20 administrative fee.

• The property is strictly no smoking and no pets

• All central heating, electricity, bed linen and towels are included in the hire cost.
